SATs Goals! ("we", "us", "our") is an online revision platform designed to help Year 6 pupils prepare for their SATs exams. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
You must provide a valid email address and a password of at least 8 characters when registering. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One account represents one family unit.
SATs Goals! is intended for use by parents/guardians on behalf of their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Children's progress data (XP, quiz results, streaks) is stored securely and is only accessible to the account holder.
We collect your email address, family name, and the general location (city and country) inferred from your IP address at the time of login for analytics purposes. We do not store raw IP addresses. Quiz activity and progress data is stored to provide the service.
A limited number of quizzes per day are available on the free tier. Premium access unlocks unlimited quizzes and additional features. Premium activation codes are personal and must not be shared.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other families' data, or circumvent any security measures. Accounts found in violation may be suspended.
SATs Goals! is provided "as is". We make no guarantees regarding exam outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for premium access in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
